Initiate a Return Request
Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate your specific purchase and click the 'Request RMA' button.
Technical Troubleshooting
Our support team will review your request and may provide technical guidance to ensure the issue isn't related to BIOS settings or installation errors.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, place the RAM modules in their original anti-static bags and use a padded mailer to prevent electrostatic discharge or physical damage during transit.
Refund or Replacement
After our technicians verify the hardware at our facility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a tested replacement kit within 48 hours.
